2008 Legislative Session

Each year, the Maryland General Assembly meets from January until April. In the ninety-day session over two thousand bills are introduced before the legislature.

The Assembly's website allows you to search for bills based on subject, sponsor, or bill number. There are bills about most thing imagineable. Anyone can take a look on the MGA website (mlis.state.md.us).
